Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers after they sign a contract. Your role involves overseeing the entire process of their project, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality completion. Your effectiveness in this role is essential to maintaining high customer satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: After a designer secures a customer, you will take charge of managing the order and coordinating the project. This includes ensuring that kitchens or wardrobes are delivered and installed according to the agreed specifications, timeline, and quality standards.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all customer and order-related paperwork is accurate and processed promptly and efficiently.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments such as Production, Installation, Logistics, and Headquarters to ensure that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated and aligned with customer expectations.
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Timeline Adherence: Make sure that all project deadlines are agreed upon and strictly followed.
- Payment Processing: Ensure that designers collect deposits and final payments promptly.
- Financial Reconciliation: Oversee the completion of bank lodgements and the reconciliation of payment methods like Visa/Laser.
- SalesForce Management: Manage and support the SalesForce platform for the showroom.
- Order and Return Processing: Handle the processing and monitoring of requisitions, including organizing the return of materials to the factory.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the company.
