Established in Limerick, Ireland, in April 2023 by Sean Savicic and Paul McCarthy, Elite Talent Hub is a leader in providing recruitment services across Ireland and the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

We are devoted to providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates.

Our mission is to help jobseekers find their dream jobs, and through this, help our clients find the right employees that will grow their business.

We specialise in both standard and executive recruitment within engineering, construction, healthcare and business service sectors. However, our expertise spans all industries and role types, making us a one-stop shop for businesses seeking staffing solutions.

What makes us different? Before entering recruitment, our team gained hands-on experience as engineers, physiotherapists, electricians, educators, marketers, sales professionals, and managers. This deep industry knowledge allows us to provide expert advice and keenly understand the challenges and opportunities our clients and candidates face. We offer solutions grounded in real-world experience.
