Account Manager – Elite Talent Hub LTD

Elite Talent Hub LTD, a specialist in permanent staffing solutions, is experiencing rapid growth and is now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Limerick.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and our state-of-the-art city-centre offices at The Red Church, Henry Street, Limerick.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, ideally within an agency setting, and a proven ability to manage high-profile accounts effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR representatives, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders in multinational client companies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the recruitment process for assigned accounts, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications via the ATS, assessing suitability, and preparing shortlisted candidates for client interviews with detailed guidance on the role and expectations.
  • Ensure clear communication and a positive experience for candidates and clients throughout.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are understood and met efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress, address concerns, and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Represent Elite Talent Hub at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and the unique challenges of multinational clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Third-level qualification in Business, HR, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with ATS or CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
