Our clients are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our engineering team, with a proven history of delivering high-quality projects. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing mechanical engineering projects, ensuring successful execution from start to completion on their Datacentre projects in Gavle, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to establish project goals, timelines, and budgets. Ensure smooth coordination with other engineering teams.
- Design & Engineering: Develop and review project designs, drawings, and specifications while ensuring adherence to codes and safety standards.
- Procurement: Manage procurement activities, evaluate vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Project Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities and resolve technical issues. Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report key metrics and outcomes to management and clients.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Proven track record in mechanical project delivery.
- Experience with design software and BIM tools.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Understanding of codes, regulations, and safety standards in mechanical engineering.
