The M&E Coordinator will oversee mechanical and electrical coordination on multiple projects, ensuring smooth project execution while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline goals. This role involves working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee M&E coordination across assigned projects in the region.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and support site teams to ensure M&E works align with project schedules and client expectations.
- Maintain strong health and safety compliance across all sites.
- Handle any disputes and assist with contractual claims if required.
- Provide input for project cost estimation as needed.
- Manage final project closeout, including snag resolution and retention release.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to finalize outstanding work and process contra charges where necessary.
Requirements
- Degree qualification or significant industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coordination role.
