Elite Talent Hub LTD is a specialist in permanent staffing solutions for clients nationwide.

Our clients have been providing quality building supplies and DIY materials to the trade and public for almost 200 years and now operate from a network of 15 branches located on the island of Ireland. Our clients are now seeking applications for the position of HR Generalist, based at their head office on the Dock Road, Limerick.

 

Job Role: HR Generalist (9 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Limerick (20-25 hrs p/w)

 

The role is a part-time office-based position, and the key responsibilities of this role will include;

  • Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, recruit and hire new team members including administration of offer and contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding process with the hiring manager and team.
  • Participate as a project team member in the implementation of a new HRIS.
  • Promote employee development, identifying current training requirements and future skill needs, working with the individuals and teams to arrange and record all learning and development initiatives.
  • Responding to and helping to resolve any people related queries.
  • Working closely with, and supporting, other HR colleagues as needed.

 

The successful candidate must possess;

  • A third level HR qualification is required, CIPD membership is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally within recruitment and/or training.
  • Experience working with a HRIS and other IT programs particularly MS Office.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve.
  • Proven record in developing and maintaining positive professional relationships.
