Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer and contractor relationships to enhance market position.
• Promote products and services through regular client engagement.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional brands and services.
• Prepare quotes, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor project activities and collaborate with technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, including payment agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
• Handle debt management and product claims effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience in building materials or a related field.

• Experience working with contractors and specifiers.
• A construction or business-related qualification is a plus.
