Business Development Manager Elite Talent Hub LTD

Elite Talent Hub LTD, a specialist in permanent staffing solutions, is experiencing rapid growth and is now seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Limerick. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and our state-of-the-art city-centre offices at The Red Church, Henry Street, Limerick.

The successful candidate will have to have B2B experience ideally in a recruitment setting. A strong understanding of the recruitment industry is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR representatives, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders in client companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, drive lead generation, and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are effectively met and exceeded.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, ensuring our services remain competitive and innovative.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to showcase Elite Talent Hubs bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Represent Elite Talent Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in business development ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the recruitment landscape.
  • Third-level qualification in Business, HR, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms; experience with ATS or CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated, organised, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
