Our client is seeking a Bathroom Sales Consultant to provide exceptional customer service in the Bluebell area. This role involves engaging with customers in the showroom and over the phone, delivering expert advice, and maximizing sales opportunities. As part of the branch team, this is an excellent opportunity to develop industry-specific skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy showroom, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing detailed information on features and benefits.
- Support the Manager with merchandising, maintaining showroom presentation, and upholding health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to manage product sourcing and deliveries.
- Provide assistance to both the Internal and External Sales Teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or sales environment is essential.
- Knowledge of bathroom and sanitary ware is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Competent in IT with good computer literacy.
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach.
