Our client is hiring a Site Manager for Category A office fit-out projects in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing commercial or fit-out projects. This role is based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily site activities, including labor, materials, and targets.
- Create and manage procurement schedules, focusing on items with long lead times.
- Issue RFIs to the design team.
- Oversee site staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Follow company compliance and administrative procedures and document site performance.
Key Skills:
- Degree in construction management or a related trade background.
- Experience in commercial fit out projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and initiative skills.
- Knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
