Elite Talent Hub is hiring a Site Agent for utility projects in Dublin, focusing on water and gas infrastructure.

Our client prioritizes timely project completion through strategic planning and efficient management and they are now looking for a Site Agent with a strong civil engineering background who excels in site coordination and leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the on-site project team.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and Site Agents to allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversee multiple projects across urban and rural locations.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and representatives, ensuring project success and strong relationships.
  • Provide updates and act as the main contact for stakeholders, including subcontractors and the public.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Implement innovative technologies to enhance project execution and service delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship by reviewing and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Mentor junior team members and identify training opportunities.
  • Conduct quality control checks and monitor project progress to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage material deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Oversee administrative duties and address additional tasks as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and client expectations.
  • Supervise traffic management and health and safety procedures on-site.
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding pre- and post-installation footway conditions.
  • Work closely with scheduling teams to coordinate workflow and project timelines.

 

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Background in civil works, drainage, or utility projects.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management to meet project deadlines.
  • Must hold a full Irish driving license.
