Job Overview:

  • Start at the duty time at 08:00 till 16:00 or according to the departmental schedule.
  • Check all the room start on the system and do calibration if needed.
  • Follow up the schedule of the room rotation by the technical director.
  • Clean the table of the machine and control.
  • Check the battery of the detector full charge and endorsement with the next shift and night shift.
  • Check the order in RIS (Radiology Information System) of the hospital.
  • Check the patient's name with the full name and the medication file by the ID band for the patient and the emergency department.
  • Check for the female patient for Last Menstrual Period (LMP).
  • Check the start legislation of the procedure before starting the position of the procedure.
  • Start the position of the patient (name of the patient) and select the procedure from the software of the machine.
  • Check the detector of the machine if it is ready.
  • Give the instruction to the patient before doing the procedure to avoid repeating.
  • Check the image in the machine and correct the marker and the window width and window level.
  • Send the image to the PACS system.
  • Check the image in the PACS.
  • Send exam results.

 

To be considered for this role, you must have one of the following qualifications:

  • Graduate from a recognized medical school with MD or MBBCh or its international equivalent.
  • Masters degree or its equivalent in Radiology as per the Saudi Council regulations.

 

Professional Experience:

  • Three years related experience after postgraduation.
  • Must have valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties License as a Registrar.

 

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in English language is essential.
  • Knowledge in Arabic language is desirable.
