Our Client a rapidly Expanding M&E Contractor have a large pipeline of projects across Ireland & Europe. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to work across these projects. Due to the accelerated growth of our client, there is an excellent opportunity for career advancement available. Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate will have full ownership of Mechanical package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Mechanical Installation to ensure the quality of the installation
- Plan, coordinate, and report on all Mechanical activities.
- Supervise Package Managers, Project Engineers, and Supervisors.
- Oversee site EHS in collaboration with the EHS Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and the design team.
- Represent the company in all project-related meetings.
- Handle technical submittals.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, materials, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant trade background.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead teams on large projects.
- Experience working with M&E Contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Must currently reside in Ireland or the UK and be eligible to work in Ireland without a work permit.
