We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Dublin

In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, engineers, and stakeholders, to manage every phase of the project lifecycle—from pre-construction through to commissioning. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as the client design team, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the project scope is executed as planned and all stakeholder requirements are fulfilled.

  • Oversee and manage all stages of Mechanical Services project execution, from Pre-Construction and Planning through to Construction, Testing, and Commissioning.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and procurement, ensuring that project objectives are met.

  • Continuously manage the financial elements of the project to ensure budgetary targets are achieved.

  • Participate in pre-contract meetings, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of the scope as per tender agreements.

  • Review and coordinate construction designs and drawings.

  • Ensure installations are compliant with project requirements, specifications, and safety protocols, adhering to change control processes.

  • Offer guidance to the operations team to ensure site activities meet required standards and specifications.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a contracting environment.

  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team.

  • Proficient in IT and technical applications.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
