Position reports to: Managing Director
Salary: 16k 28k AED per month (192k 336k AED per year)

 

Position Overview:

As a HR Manager at our clients company, our client will drive the execution of our clients HR strategy, overseeing all functions to align with business goals and nurture a culture of excellence. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Leading and mentoring the HR team is pivotal in implementing initiatives that ensure organizational success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective HR service delivery.

 

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Oversee recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
  • Enhance onboarding programs for seamless employee integration.

 

Employee Relations and Culture:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
  • Resolve conflicts, address concerns, and promote open communication.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

 

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate program development.
  • Promote continuous learning and career development.

 

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans.
  • Support managers in handling performance-related matters.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Regularly review and enhance benefits packages.

 

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with legal standards.
  • Ensure consistent policy application across the organization.
  • Stay updated on UAE labour laws to maintain compliance.

 

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Establish HR metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and analyses to senior management.

 

Qualifications / Key Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training, team development, and strategic HR alignment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS (ZenHr desirable).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency desirable).
