Our client is seeking a Global Head of Quality who will manage quality assurance across all operational sites, setting and upholding rigorous global standards. This role involves crafting a cohesive quality strategy, driving global initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy Development: Craft and execute a global quality strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a global team of quality professionals to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to international regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, FDA).
  • Process Standardization: Streamline and standardize quality processes across global sites for consistent, efficient practices.
  • Audit Management: Oversee internal and external audits globally, ensuring prompt issue resolution and ongoing compliance.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with customer service and product development teams to address quality concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Regularly update senior management on global quality metrics, trends, and improvement efforts.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks across all international operations.
  • Travel Flexibility: Travel to various sites for team engagement, project initiatives, and in-person implementation as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in quality management, with prior global leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager) are highly valued.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across geographic regions and cultural contexts, navigating complex quality operations globally
