We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical professional to join a prominent M&E contractor for an exciting project based in Groningen, Holland. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate electrical designs and collaborate with consultants and subcontractors, participating in design reviews.
- Develop and ensure the completion of weekly and daily work plans, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Oversee site personnel, ensuring access, information, and materials are in place for productive work.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring staff and contractors.
- Manage and procure necessary materials and equipment for the site.
- Coordinate and oversee appointed specialist subcontractors.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and enforcing the project schedule.
- Communicate project progress, costs, and other issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards as per company procedures.
- Liaise with Quality Control, Safety Departments, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Key Skills
- Background in electrical trade is essential.
- Preferably 8+ years of experience in Construction Management, with site experience.
- Familiarity with High Voltage substations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and delegation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary project team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
