Role:
The BIM Modeller harnesses Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools to create detailed 3D models and extract 2D documentation. Collaborating closely with the BIM Lead, BIM Coordinator, design consultants, and other team members, they ensure precision and alignment in the modelling process.
BIM Modellers are pivotal in maintaining up-to-date models, integrating design changes, and advancing the project's BIM objectives through the RIBA stages, under the guidance of their supervisory figures.
