Elite Talent Hub LTD is a specialist in permanent staffing solutions for clients globally.

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the execution of multiple construction projects. This role is central to managing project teams and subcontractors to deliver work safely, efficiently, and in line with time, budget, and quality targets. You will report directly to a Managing Director.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Oversight

  • Supervise multiple ongoing projects, overseeing daily activities and progress
  • Direct on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is aligned with schedules and project goals
  • Track and report progress, manage resources, and adjust plans when necessary

 

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Champion safety across all project sites, working closely with EHS advisors and site supervisors
  • Ensure teams adhere to approved risk assessments and method statements
  • Lead toolbox talks and pre-task briefings to promote safety awareness
  • Maintain excellent site organisation and cleanliness
  • Promptly report and escalate safety concerns or incidents per company protocol
  • Support the company’s health and safety objectives with the goal of achieving zero harm

 

Commercial & Programme Management

  • Drive projects to successful completion from both commercial and timeline perspectives
  • Recruit and structure effective project teams
  • Maintain and update project schedules on a rolling basis
  • Liaise with site leads to ensure milestones and standards are met
  • Monitor budgets, track costs, and produce detailed commercial reports for senior leadership

 

Contractual & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation, correspondence, and variation reconciliations
  • Liaise between clients and project teams to ensure contractual clarity
  • Provide contract guidance to operations staff and participate in training initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and help shape company policy as needed
  • Oversee final account close-outs and any contract renewals or extensions

 

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

  • Identify and address issues affecting project performance
  • Review designs and propose cost-saving or efficiency-enhancing alternatives
  • Promote best practices in quality, environmental compliance, and presentation standards
  • Encourage team development and reduce turnover through positive leadership
  • Monitor and control site-level compliance across all operational areas
