Our client is a prominent construction company in Ireland, recognized for delivering impactful projects that contribute to the built environment. With an emphasis on innovation and sustainability, they have grown significantly in the past decade, becoming one of the fastest-expanding firms in the industry. They now require an Administrator who comes from a construction background to work from their Limerick offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project schedules, upcoming deadlines, and key milestones alongside the team.
  • Prepare project documentation such as proposals, presentations, timelines, and reports.
  • Work with team members to collect information and compile data for various project documents.
  • Organize and manage the folder system for all project files.
  • Actively spot potential issues in document preparation and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
  • Create standardized templates for project documents to ensure consistency and boost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Estimating department.
  • Follow up on quotes and correspondence with suppliers and contractors in line with the estimations team's needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally in the construction sector.
  • Relevant third-level qualification.
  • Strong skills in report writing, planning, and communication with clients and senior team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
