Our Client, a leading main contractor are now on the lookout for an Administrator with experience in the construction Industry. This is a full time, permanent position based in their Limerick office.

Primary Duties

  • Obtain quotes from vendors and contractors for specific items, with follow-up as needed.
  • Locate and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Coordinate with estimating team members to ensure alignment on project needs.
  • Manage and update databases accurately.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documentation.
  • Generate and deliver reports upon request.
  • Organize, duplicate, and manage document handling as needed.
  • Note: Additional tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications Required

  • Ideally, 3+ years in an administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in an Estimating Admin capacity is advantageous.
