My Client, a rapidly expanding contractor based in Dublin are on the lookout for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their team in Dublin. They are ideally on the lookout for a candidate with experience in HVAC and plumbing installations.
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a Construction environment, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems. Experience working on Healthcare projects would be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, Medical Gases, motors, controls, piping etc.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient HVAC and Piping solutions
- Experience working in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse project team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and layout drawings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
Key Requirements:
- Valid/Full clean driver’s licence.
- Advanced craft certificate in relevant field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
