Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Limerick. The Senior Sales Executive will be integral to driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of meeting sales targets, excellent leadership abilities, and a solid aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving.

 

Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and maximize revenue.
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through networking and relationship-building efforts.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand customer needs to offer personalized solutions and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.

Sales Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of various vehicles.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Keep current with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of customer demands.
  • Provide valuable insights to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar field, with a history of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Proven capability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
  • A valid full drivers license and a clean driving record.
