We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Product Coordinator (hourly rate) for a US Multinational based in Limerick who will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines for new and released products and organising order and shipping dates for components. Hybrid working policy is an option.
Requirements:
Manage product development logistics
Ability to resolve system problems of diverse scope and complexity as needed
Review and maintain all product bill of materials sheets to ensure there is an adequate capacity of materials for product development
Anticipate potential issues in the project management workflow and take proactive steps to resolve the issues by working with teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications of the Job:
Degree (preferred but not required) or at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
Experience with project management
Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
Ability to work with little supervision and problem solve
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
