Our clients are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of boilers and associated mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in boiler maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and optimal working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various types of boilers.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with boilers and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and generate reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and external contractors to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, with a focus on boiler systems.
- RGI registered with expertise in various boiler types and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations related to boiler and mechanical maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
