Our client are Irelands largest M&E Contractor with operations in Ireland & Across Europe, They are leading the construction of Data Centre & Pharmaceutical projects across Ireland. As part of their success on delivering these projects, they have won a number of Maintenance contracts and now require an Electrical Maintenance Project Manager to join their team in Dublin. This client-facing role focuses on growing their M&E maintenance department for engineering services.
Key Requirements:
- You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and industry professionals to deliver innovative projects.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing Mechanical projects from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Experience in managing combined Mechanical/Electrical projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong commercial and contractual skills with a solid grasp of project P&L. Proven capability to manage and develop a core cross-functional team.
Key Skills:
- A relevant third-level qualification is essential (Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or similar).
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience or significant engineering support or project management experience in a team-based setting is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills are essential.
- The candidate must exhibit strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record in coaching and mentoring in technical skills and personnel development.
- The individual should thrive in a dynamic, results-driven team environment, with essential flexibility.
- Leadership, project management, and engineering experience are critical.
