Our client currently has an Internal Sales Representative role based in their Dublin branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure orders are processed efficiently, in line with company standards.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers, supporting long-term customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and other relevant activities.
- Collaborate with external sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service and order processing.
- Develop customer leads through cold calling and follow up on potential new customers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
- Meet agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes while promoting the company’s products.
Key Criteria:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
