Our Client, a leading Irish EPC contractor are on the lookout for a Site Manager to join their team in Dublin
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a Construction environment, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems. Experience working on Healthcare projects would be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse project team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and layout drawings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
Key Requirements:
- Valid/Full clean driver’s licence.
- Advanced craft certificate in relevant field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
