Job Description

As a member of our clients dynamic Corporate Sales team, you will identify and connect with clients from various sectors, including residential properties, developers, hotels, and commercial spaces. Collaborating with our clients Interior Design team, you will develop and present furnishing solutions that align with our clients standards and meet client needs. You will manage projects from design to installation, working with our clientsproject management, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and meet sales targets.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in home furnishings or interior design

  • Proven success in a similar B2B and B2C sales role, with at least three years of experience

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Enthusiastic, confident, efficient, and responsible, with the ability to work independently and under pressure

  • UAE driver's license and own car required

 

Role Details

  • Identify market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline to meet annual targets

  • Research and engage with potential clients in target sectors

  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals to maximize opportunities

  • Exceed client expectations to secure repeat business and referrals

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships

  • Develop and maintain a business contact database

  • Achieve personal and departmental sales goals and objectives

  • Ensure smooth daily operations in the Corporate department

  • Coordinate effectively with support functions and personnel

  • Complete sales reports promptly

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and client leads

  • Conduct post-project follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction

  • Attend sales meetings and provide regular updates on forecasts and opportunities

  • Foster teamwork to achieve department and company goals

  • Support colleagues and new team members, assist in deal closures

  • Participate in training as required

  • Propose solutions to issues identified with your line manager

  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely data posting

  • Communicate with suppliers about order and delivery status

  • Enhance your knowledge of suppliers and contractors

  • Work closely with project managers and support team members to ensure high standards

 

Compensation
