To support their growth, they are seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee the clinic’s financial performance, manage partnerships, and develop business strategies.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinic’s financial operations, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead efforts to maximize revenue streams and reduce operational costs while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase the clinic’s services and patient base.
- Oversee pricing strategies for services, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with clinic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and insurance companies.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party providers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with clinic managers, department heads, and medical staff to streamline operations and enhance profitability.
- Monitor market trends, healthcare developments, and competitor activity to develop commercial strategy.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a commercial or financial management role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and medical billing (desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and relevant financial management tools.
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in a healthcare or outpatient clinic setting (salary reflective of experience level).
