Our Client are a large scale M&E contractor with operations in Ireland & Across Europe.
They are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. This role will involved the management of the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process for data centre, life sciences, Industrial & Commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&E services and have excellent communication skills. The salary for this role is between €50,000 - €60,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisor.
- Input detailed model elements, including graphics and data.
- Monitor and report on model clashes, producing weekly clash reports.
- Coordinate and oversee incoming and shared models.
- Create images and drawings as required by the Project Manager.
- Perform BIM modeling and creation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical elements and asset data.
- Produce as-built drawings and models.
- Develop Asset Information Models.
- Deliver BIM on live and tender projects.
- Create AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Generate images for reports using BIM renders.
- Adhere to company Safety Statements and Quality Health and Safety management systems, including all related policies and procedures.
- Experience with point cloud data is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in the data center or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices
