William has an established track record of recruitment in education in Ireland and the Middle East. A graduate of Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, he brings over 14 years of teaching experience in mainstream and special education. In Ireland, William has also served as a mentor, supporting newly qualified teachers as they navigate the induction process in primary schools. His international teaching experience includes three years working with the Ministry of Education in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, providing him with invaluable insights into teaching abroad.
